The types of questions that you will find in this test are typical of those frequently used in selection and promotion programs.
Familiarise yourself with type of questions used widely by employers in selection interviews, and with tests used to assess judgement in the workplace. This will prepare you for assessments used to recruit, develop and promote employees.
We will email a feedback report to you within 3 weeks of you completing the questionnaire, provided you have completed the questionnaire conscientiously. This will contain results on your performance on each of the two sections of the questionnaire.
This test is not timed, but should take about 20 minutes to complete.
